{"id":1896,"date":"2024-05-08T15:11:52","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T14:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caprice-dz.com\/?p=1896"},"modified":"2024-05-08T15:11:52","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T14:11:52","slug":"cheese-cake-au-caramel-caprice-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caprice-dz.com\/en\/cheese-cake-au-caramel-caprice-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheese Cake au caramel Caprice"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column]<h2 class=\"boc_heading  al_left  \"  style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;margin-top: 0px;color: #333;\"><span><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>320 g de biscuit sec style petit beurre.<\/li>\n<li>120 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>600 g de fromage frais style Philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>200 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ar\u00f4me de vanille liquide<\/li>\n<li>20 g de farine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nappage :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>120g de caramel caprice<\/li>\n<li>20cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n<li>15g de beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<h2 class=\"boc_heading  al_left  \"  style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;margin-top: 0px;color: #333;\"><span><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text]Pour un moule (type moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9) de 21 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<br \/>\n\u00c9craser finement les biscuits.<br \/>\nFaire fondre le beurre.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer les biscruits et le beurre. \u00c9taler le m\u00e9lange dans le fond du moule en tassant bien. R\u00e9server au frigo.<br \/>\nFouetter le Philadelphia et la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse. Rajouter les oeufs, puis le sucre, le sucre vanill\u00e9, la farine et l&#8217;ar\u00f4me de vanille.<br \/>\nVerser le m\u00e9lange sur la cro\u00fbte de biscuit.<br \/>\nMettre au four 40 min \u00e0 150\u00b0C (thermostat 7). (Attention, n&#8217;ouvrez jamais votre four pendant la cuisson)<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer la sauce caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 :<br \/>\nFaire fondre dans un bain marie le caramel Caprice.<br \/>\nAjouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux puis la fleur de sel. Remuer.<br \/>\nDans une autre casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la cr\u00e8me liquide. La rajouter au caramel en remuant.<br \/>\nPorter le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 2\/3 min (plus la cuisson est longue, plus la sauce sera \u00e9paisse).<br \/>\nRetirer du feu.
